Godspeed 10am. ~ Downstairs ~ (below the Sanctuary)

The Godspeed class follows the experience of Pastor Matt Canlis and his wife, theologian Julie Canlis, as they move to Scotland and discover life at “godspeed.” Their ministry in the small community of Methlick parish opens them to ways of life often overlooked in our present-day, face-paced American culture. In learning to slow down, to know others and to risk being known by them, Pastor Matt discovers and lives life as a member of the body of Christ in ways that each of us deeply desires. Come join us, then, as we learn to live and love at Godspeed, together.

Kingdom Builders 10am ~ The Pastor’s Office ~ (across from Sanctuary)

The Kingdom Builders class gathers weekly, reading Scripture, growing friendships, and engaging in discussion of various biblical themes. Having completed Ecclesiastes, the group is beginning a study on the Book of Acts and the story of the early church as it receives power to witness from the Holy Spirit.

Foundations 10am ~ The NPC Study ~ (center hallway room)

The Foundations class is a wonderful space for our seniors to continue gathering together around God’s Word. This class gathers for prayer, fellowship, and finds it center in the ongoing study of various Biblical books. Presently, the class is working on living the “Blessing Life.” A focus on receiving God’s blessing, blessing God in return, and blessing others provides a helpful framing for the gospel life God invites us to share in and through Jesus Christ.
